Integrated PERC

  This image shows the PERC 3/Di card   A SCSI-based RAID card with two internal channels. PERC 3/Di has a maximum throughput of 160MB/sec and can support up to 15 devices per channel. It does have a cache memory battery backup.

The PERC 3/Di is integrated on to the motherboard of the PowerEdge 1650, 2500, 2550, 4400, and 4600. Integrated PERCs are referred to as using ROMB (RAID On Mother Board) technology.

The available RAID levels are volume (concatenation), 0, 1, 5, 10, and RAID 1 concatenated.
