Setup

The Setup page may be selected from within the DSA tool bar that runs across the top of every page. The Server Setup and System Tools options may also be selected from the Home page as seen on the previous page. Using this option is the preferred method of installing an operating system on a PowerEdge system.

Here are the individual system tools that can be executed with the DSA 6.x CD:

  • Create CD-ROM Boot Diskette

  • View Installed PCI Hardware

  • Run Array Manager Tool

  • Create Utility Partition

  • Reboot to Utility Partition
