Dell PowerEdge 6650

ATI Rage XL

The PowerEdge 6650 Legacy I/O card incorporates the ATI Rage XL graphics controller for video. The Rage XL resides on the PCI 32-bit/33MHz bus along with the 7892 SCSI controller. The PowerEdge 6650 system provides 8MB of non-upgradable memory for video, allowing for resolution up to 1600 x 1200 with 64K colors.

Video Memory
The PowerEdge 6650 system provides 8MB of SDRAM for video, allowing for resolution up to 1600 x 1200 at 256 colors. The SDRAM consists of two chips, each with a 1M x 16 organization. The 8MB of video memory is not upgradable.
