Processor Shroud Removal and Top View
The processor shroud channels airflow over the processor compartment, but must be removed when reseating or replacing any of the processors. This is done by twisting each of the two fasteners on the front edge one half turn and pulling the shroud free from the chassis.
Notice the chassis intrusion switch on the center of the crossbar between the processors and the processor fans.
